摘要
以新建本科沈阳城市建设学院人际沟通课程为例,阐述人际沟通课程建设背景,课程建设的指导思想,以开发优质课程资源、开展课程教学改革、提高课程教学效果为人际沟通课程建设理念,从创新课程建设理念、创新课程教学内容与教材编写体例、创新课程开发团队、创新课程教学方法、优化课程教学环境、完善课程考核体系、增强课程评价效果提出人际沟通课程建设的路径,最后总结人际沟通课程建设成效。
Taking the interpersonal communication course of Shenyang College of Urban Construction as an example,this paper expounds the background and guiding ideology of interpersonal communication course construction.Taking the development of high-quality curriculum resources,the reform of curriculum teaching and the improvement of curriculum teaching effect as the concept of interpersonal communication curriculum construction,this paper puts forward the path of interpersonal communication curriculum construction from the aspects of innovating curriculum construction concept,innovating curriculum teaching content and textbook compiling style,innovating curriculum development team,innovating curriculum teaching method,optimizing curriculum teaching environment,improving curriculum assessment system,enhancing curriculum evaluation effect,and finally summarizes the effectiveness of interpersonal communication curriculum construction.
