基于风洞试验中的消耗计量模型研究与实现

摘要 高压、中压、氮气等是保障风洞试验有效进行所需的动力资源,针对风洞群试验中供气气源管线拓扑结构复杂多变、试验用户多、生产调度粗放等特点,为了提高动力资源生产和调度的保障效能,研究提出了基于动态拓扑结构的单车次动力资源消耗计量模型。该模型采用设备状态监测、图形数据库(Neo4j)技术、流体力学静压差法等技术,在虚拟空间里,完成了物理世界到逻辑世界的映射,形成了动态拓扑结构模型。在此基础上结合试验状态感知、资源库存量,实现了对风洞单车次试验各类动力资源消耗计量。实验结果表明,该模型较好地解决了原风洞单车次试验难以计量或计量不准的难题。通过试验数据对比发现,计量数据准确,满足数据精准度要求。 High pressure,medium pressure and nitrogen are the power resources required to ensure the effective conduct of wind tunnel test.According to the characteristics of complex and changeable topology of gas supply pipeline,the large number of test users and extensive production scheduling in wind tunnel group test,in order to improve the guarantee efficiency of power resource production and scheduling,a single power resource consumption measurement model based on dynamic topology is proposed.The model adopts equipment condition monitoring technology,graphic database(Neo4j) technology,hydrodynamics pressure difference method and other technologies,in the virtual space,the mapping from the physical world to the logical world is completed,a dynamic topology model is formed.On this basis,test state aware and resource inventory are combined,the consumption of various power resources in a single test of the wind tunnel is measured.The experimental results show that the model solves the problem of difficult measurement or inaccurate measurement in the single test of the original wind tunnel.Through the comparison of test data,it is found that the measurement data is accurate and meets the requirements of data accuracy.
