摘要
目的:分析基于精准化整体护理干预模式在机器人辅助腹腔镜下3D打印血管外支架置入术治疗胡桃夹综合征(Nutcracker Syndrome,NCS)患者的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月—2020年12月空军军医大学第二附属医院160例行机器人辅助腹腔镜3D打印血管外支架置入术患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组各80例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组接受精准化整体护理干预模式。比较两组患者术后血尿、蛋白尿消失时间、术后排气时间、住院时间,以及术后并发症发生率等情况。结果:研究组的术后并发症发生率低于对照组,血尿消失时间、蛋白尿消失时间、术后排气时间、住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对机器人辅助腹腔镜下3D打印PEEK血管外支架置入术后患者采取精准化整体护理干预,可减少术后并发症的发生率,缩短手术时间,促进患者的术后康复。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of robot-assisted laparoscopic 3D printing PEKK extravascular stent placement in the treatment of Nutcracker syndrome(NCS)based on precise holistic nursing intervention.Methods:A total of 160 patients who underwent robot-assisted laparoscopic 3D printing PEKK extravascular stent placement in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(80 cases)and observation group(80 cases).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received precise holistic nursing intervention.The disappearance time of postoperative hematuria and proteinuria,postoperative exhaust time,hospital stay,and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications,disappearance time of hematuria and proteinuria,postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Precise holistic nursing intervention for patients who underwent robot-assisted laparoscopic 3D printing PEEK extravascular stent placement could reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the operative time and enhance postoperative recovery.
