政治传播是党的政治建设的应有之义。“党的政治建设”宗旨就是“讲政治”。要“讲政治”,就需要增强党的政治传播意识;能“讲政治”,就需要提升党的政治传播能力;会“讲政治”,就需要建构党的政治传播体系。总之,政治建设需要统领政治传播实践,政治传播活动必须回应政治建设宗旨。换言之,有必要从政治传播的角度来理解和加强党的政治建设,方能更有效深入地推进党的政治建设,因为党的政治建设本质上是一种政治传播实践形态。
