应用型本科高校创业教师专业发展探究

摘要 创业教育改革重点在教师、关键在教师。走创业教师专业化发展之路,是应用型本科高校提升创新创业人才培养质量的时代诉求。当前,应用型本科高校创业教师专业发展还存在着专业伦理缺失、专业知识不足、专业技能薄弱等困境。因此,以生态系统理论为研究视角,从微观、中观和宏观系统三个层面剖析创业教师专业发展存在主体意识不强、氛围不浓、社会支持不够等原因,并据此提出相应对策:树立专业自我发展意识,做好创业教师发展规划;创新管理机制,建设创业教师专业发展共同体;实施创业师资提升计划,实现教师专业发展共建共享。 The focus and key of entrepreneurship education reform lies in teachers.Taking the path of professional development of entrepreneurship teachers is the demand of the times for application-oriented universities to improve the training quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.At present,the professional development of entrepreneurship teachers in application-oriented universities is still plagued by the lack of professional ethics,insufficient professional knowledge and weak professional skills.Therefore,taking the ecosystem theory as the research perspective,this paper analyzes the reasons for the existence of weak subject awareness,weak atmosphere and insufficient social support in the professional development of entrepreneurship teachers from three levels of micro,meso and macro systems,and proposes corresponding countermeasures accordingly,including establishing the awareness of professional self-development and making good development planning for entrepreneurship teachers,innovating management mechanism and building professional development community for entrepreneurship teachers as well as implementing the plan of entrepreneurship teachers' upgrading to realize the common construction and sharing of teachers' professional development.
