摘要
介绍了电机轴电流产生的原因、危害和解决办法,重点阐述了电机滚动轴承一般采用绝缘轴承、绝缘轴承套等方法来避免轴电流损伤轴承,并分析了几种结构的成本与安全性。为降低成本,提高绝缘结构的安全可靠性,方便轴承拆装,进行结构改进,开发了一个整体绝缘端盖的结构。
In this paper,the causes,hazards and solutions of the generation of motor shaft current are introduced,focusing on insulated bearing,insulated bearing sleeve and other methods generally adopted in motor rolling bearing to avoid shaft current to damage bearings with the cost and safety of several structures analyzed.In order to reduce the cost,improve the safety and reliability of the insulation structure,facilitate the disassembly and assembly of bearings,and improve the structure,the structure of a whole insulation end cap has been developed.
