摘要
快递物流空铁联运是快递物流发展的新模式、新业态,研究其作业场景、功能区设置及场站布局具有一定的理论指导意义和实践应用价值。借鉴快递物流多式联运发展经验及典型实例,归纳分析其衔接模式、作业流程、功能构成,围绕高铁物流场站与航空货区一体布局,构建无缝衔接式空铁联运作业场景,提出功能区设置要求。在此基础上,根据高铁物流区、航空物流区位置关系和联运作业流线的不同,重点研究横列式、纵列式、相交式3种布局模式及适用条件,提出适应不同联运场景及作业规模的典型平面布局,并从作业模式及流程、功能布局两方面对空铁联运接驳区空间利用进行探讨,为空铁联运场站规划设计、推进空铁联运高质量发展提供借鉴。
Air-rail express transportation is a new mode and new form of express logistics development,and studying its work scenes,functional area settings,and station layout is of theoretical significance and practical application value.On the basis of the multimodal transportation development status and typical experience of express logistics,this paper summarized its connection mode,operation process,and function composition.Then,centering on the integrated layout of high speed railway logistics stations and air cargo areas,this paper constructed work scenes of seamless connecting air-rail express transportation and proposed requirements for functional area settings.On this basis,this paper explored three spatial layout modes,i.e.,the horizontal layout,column layout,and intersecting layout,according to the differences in the positional relation and multimodal transportation streamlines between high speed railway logistics area and aviation logistics area.Finally,it presented the typical layout suitable for different multimodal transportation scenes and operation scales and discussed space utilization of the connection area for air-rail express transportation in terms of the operation mode and process and functional layout.The research can provide support for guiding station planning and design and promoting the high-quality development of air-rail express transportation.
