子宫动脉栓塞术治疗胎盘植入的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Uterine Artery Embolization for Placenta Implantation

目的分析子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE)治疗胎盘植入的临床效果。方法选取196例胎盘植入患者,以患者及家属自愿为原则,采取子宫动脉栓塞术治疗患者134例作为UAE组,采取常规剖宫产治疗患者62例作为常规治疗组。比较两组临床效果。结果UAE组手术时间、住院时间明显短于常规治疗组,术中失血量少于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。UAE组子宫切除率、产后出血率及DIC发生率显著低于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。UAE组并发症发生率为11.19%,明显低于常规治疗组的22.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产后胎盘植入的治疗中,子宫动脉栓塞术具有较为显著的效果,临床使用价值高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of uterine artery embolization(UAE)for placenta implantation.Methods 196 patients with placenta accreta were selected,and 134 patients with uterine artery embolization were selected as UAE group,and 62 patients with routine cesarean section were selected as routine treatment group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The operation time and hospital stay of UAE group were signifi cantly shorter than that of conventional treatment group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of conventional treatment group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The hysterectomy rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate and incidence of DIC in UAE group were signifi cantly lower than those in conventional treatment group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The complication rate of UAE group was 11.19%,signifi cantly lower than that of conventional treatment group 22.58%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of postpartum placenta accreta,uterine artery embolization has a signifi cant effect and high clinical value.
