快速康复护理联合人文关怀干预在子宫肌瘤手术中的护理价值研究

Nursing value of rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with humanistic care intervention in uterine fibroid surgery

目的研究快速康复护理联合人文关怀干预在子宫肌瘤手术中的护理价值。方法选取70例行子宫肌瘤手术患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。对照组采用快速康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合人文关怀干预。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组肛门排气时间、首次下床时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组HAMD评分、HAMA评分均低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率2.86%低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理联合人文关怀干预在子宫肌瘤手术中能够加快患者术后康复速度,消除患者负面心理状态,改善患者的生活质量,并具有较高的安全性,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To study the nursing value of rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with humanistic care intervention in uterine fibroid surgery.Methods 70 patients undergoing hysteromyoma operation were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received rapid rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group combined humanistic care intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The anal exhaust time,the first time to get out of bed and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,HAMD scores and HAMA scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,life quality score of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was 2.86% lower than that in control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with humanistic care intervention in uterine fibroid surgery can accelerate the speed of postoperative rehabilitation of patients,eliminate the negative psychological state of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and has a high safety,has clinical application value.
