两种不同护理方法对会阴侧切伤口愈合情况的临床影响

Clinical infl uence of two different nursing methods on wound healing of lateral episiotomy

目的分析两种不同护理方式对会阴侧切口愈合情况的临床效果。方法选取90例会阴侧切分娩产妇,根据随机抽签分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。两组均进行基础常规护理,对照组实施生理盐水、碘伏消毒;观察组在此基础上甲硝唑擦拭伤口联合红外线照射干预。比较两组产妇护理后的疼痛程度、切口愈合情况。结果观察组疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组切口愈合优良率97.78%高于对照组84.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论会阴侧切术后切口愈合不良属于常见现象,诱发因素较多,包括医院和产妇自身多个方面,需采取针对性护理措施,加强医务人员的护理操作技术和人文关怀理念,结合产妇实际情况保持伤口的干净干燥透气,及时换药,通过红外线等联合治疗促进愈合,缩短产妇的住院时间。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of two different nursing methods on the healing of perineal incision.Methods 90 parturients with lateral perineal resection were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.Both groups received basic routine nursing,the control group received normal saline,iodophor disinfection.The observation group was given metronidazole wipe wound combined with infrared irradiation intervention more.The degree of pain and incision healing after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of pain in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of incision healing in the observation group was 97.78%higher than that in the control group(84.44%),and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Poor wound healing after lateral perineal incision is a common phenomenon,which is caused by many factors,including hospital and maternal aspects.It is necessary to take targeted nursing measures,strengthen the nursing operation technology and humanistic care concept of medical personnel,combined with the actual situation of patients to keep the wound clean,dry and breathable.Timely dressing changes,combined treatment such as infrared ray can promote healing and shorten the length of hospital stay for patients.
