助产士主导的预防性护理对产后出血风险的影响

The effect of midwifer-led preventive care on the risk of postpartum bleeding

目的分析助产士主导的预防性护理对产后出血风险的影响。方法选取128例分娩产妇,采用电脑等量随机法分为观察组与对照组,每组64例。观察组采用助产士主导的预防性护理,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组产妇护理效果。结果观察组产妇产后2 h、12 h、24 h出血量显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的不良分娩发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的自然分娩率90.63%明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产妇分娩过程中采用助产士主导的预防性护理模式,可以有效减少产妇出血量,提高自然分娩率,降低宫内窘迫率及新生儿窒息率,有利于产妇快速康复,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective ITo analyze the effect of midwifer-led preventive care on the risk of postpartum bleeding.Methods 128 cases of parturient women were selected and divided into observation group and control group by computer equal random method,64 cases in each group.The observation group received midwifer-led preventive care and the control group received routine care.The maternal nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The postpartum blood loss at 2 h,12 h and 24 h in the observation group was signifi cantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse delivery in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate in the observation group was 90.63%,which was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The midwife-led preventive nursing mode in the process of maternal delivery can effectively reduce the amount of maternal bleeding,improve the rate of natural delivery,reduce the rate of intrauterine distress and neonatal asphyxia,which is conducive to the rapid recovery of maternal,and has high clinical application value.
