摘要
目的分析全面健康教育对女性体检者两癌防治的认知影响。方法筛选1000例女性体检者,将其根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组500例。对照组采取常规健康教育,观察组采取全面健康教育。比较两组干预效果。结果观察组女性体检者两癌发病知识认知率80.0%、风险因素86.0%、两癌筛查意义92.4%、个人饮食、生活习惯认知率82.0%均高于对照组70.0%、77.0%、84.6%、61.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对女性体检者进行全面健康教育,有助于提升其对两癌筛查的认知水平。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive health education on cognition of the prevention and treatment of two cancers in female physical examiners.Methods A total of 1000 female physical examination subjects were screened and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 500 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received comprehensive health education.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results In the observation group,the knowledge awareness rate of two cancers was 80.0%,the risk factor 86.0%,the signifi cance of two cancers screening 92.4%,and the awareness rate of personal diet and living habits 82.0%were higher than those in the control group(70.0%,77.0%,84.6%,61.0%),with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive health education for female exam-takers is helpful to improve their cognition level of screening for two cancers.
