孕期健康教育在妇产科护理中的临床分析

Clinical analysis of pregnancy health education in obstetrics and gynecology nursing

目的探讨孕期健康教育在妇产科护理中的临床效果。方法选取70例妇产科患者,依据随机抽签法将其分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以孕期健康教育干预。比较两组干预后保健知识、行为、技能评分,干预后满意度,剖宫产率、自然分娩率、产后出血率、母乳喂养率。结果观察组干预后保健知识评分、保健行为评分及保健技能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度97.14%高于对照组的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组剖宫产率、产后出血率均低于对照组,自然分娩率、母乳喂养率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕期健康教育在妇产科护理中的效果显著,增加干预满意度,降低产后出血发生率,利于母乳喂养,值得进一步推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of pregnancy health education in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Methods 70 cases of obstetrics and gynecology patients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random draw method,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given health education intervention during pregnancy.The score of health care knowledge,behavior and skill,satisfaction after intervention,cesarean section rate,natural delivery rate,postpartum bleeding rate and breastfeeding rate were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results Health care knowledge score,health care behavior score and health care skill score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%higher than that of the control group 82.86%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate and postpartum bleeding rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the natural delivery rate and breastfeeding rate were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnancy health education in obstetrics and gynecology nursing effect is significant,increase intervention satisfaction,reduce the incidence of postpartum bleeding,conducive to breastfeeding,worthy of further promotion.
