预见性护理对阴道分娩产妇产后出血的临床预防效果

Clinical preventive effect of predictive nursing on postpartum hemorrhage in women with vaginal delivery

目的研究预见性护理在阴道分娩产妇产后出血预防中的应用效果。方法选取800例阴道分娩产妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组400例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展预见性护理。对比两组干预效果。结果观察组产妇产后出血发生率为1.0%(4/400),对照组产妇产后出血发生率为13.0%(52/400),观察组产后出血发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产后2 h出血量、产后24h出血量均明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于干预前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道分娩产妇开展预见性护理,对产后出血的发生具有预防作用,还可改善产妇心理状态,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of predictive nursing in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 800 cases of vaginal delivery were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,400 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the observation group carried out predictive nursing.The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was 1.0%(4/400)in the observation group and 13.0%(52/400)in the control group.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postpartum blood loss at 2 h and 24 h in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,HAMA scores and HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Prescient nursing for women in vaginal delivery has a preventive effect on the occurrence of postpartum bleeding,but also can improve the maternal psychological state,which has clinical application value.
