摘要
该文采用高温固相法制备荧光粉CsAlSi_(2)O_(6):Eu^(2+),并对其结构、光谱性能进行表征。发现CsAlSi_(2)O_(6):Eu^(2+)为立方晶系,空间群为Ia3d,其最强激发峰位于274 nm,发射光谱位于400~600 nm的宽带,可与深紫外LED匹配发射蓝绿光。荧光粉Cs_((1-x))AlSi_(2)O_(6):Eu^(2+)的猝灭浓度为5 mol%,临界距离是18.27A。
In this paper,the phosphor CsAlSi_(2)O_(6):Eu^(2+) was prepared by high temperature solid state method,and its structure,spectral properties and chromaticity coordinates were characterized.The results show that CsAlSi_(2)O_(6):Eu^(2+) is a cubic crystal system,and the space group is Ia3d,its strongest excitation peak is at 274 nm,and the emission spectrum is loated at the broadband of 400~600 nm,which can match with deep UVC LED to emit blue-green light.The quenching concentration of phosphor Cs_(1-x)AlSi_(2)O_(6):xEu^(2+)is 5mol%,and the critical distance is 18.27A.
