新加坡高等教育经验对于我国教育事业的启示——以南洋理工大学为例

Enlightenment from Singapore’s Higher Educational Experience for China:Taking Nanyang Technological University as an Example

鉴于新加坡高等教育近些年来在全球范围内取得的显著成绩,以南洋理工大学为例,对其历史和发展现状进行分析,总结出值得我国高校借鉴学习的几点内容,分别从人才引进、自主化办学、国际同行评审、国际化战略和排名提升策略几个方面分析其对于南洋理工大学成功所发挥的作用,并基于此对我国高等教育的发展提出建议,以期全力推进“双一流”高质量建设。

In view of the remarkable achievements of Singapore’s higher education across the world in recent years,this study takes Nanyang Technological University(NUT)as an example to analyze its history and development status,and summarize several points worth learning from Chinese universities.In addition,the research analyzes the success of NUT from aspects of talent introduction,independent running system,international peer assessment,internationalization strategy and ranking promotion strategy.Based on this,the present paper puts forward several suggestions for the development of China’s higher education,in order to fully promote the high-quality construction of“double first-class”universities.
