摘要
为探讨三维打印技术在骨科住培生制定复杂骨折手术方案能力培养方面的应用。结合骨科住培教学大纲,调取10例复杂骨盆和髋臼骨折病例CT影像资料进行3D打印,制作骨折立体模型,应用于骨科住培教学,探讨手术方案的制定。使用3D打印的骨折模型后,住培生对于复杂骨折的骨折线3D走向、手术入路选择、内固定摆放位置等方面的理解有了显著的提高。3D打印技术制作的骨折立体模型有助于住培生对于复杂骨折手术方案制定能力的提高。
This paper aims to explore the application of 3D printing technology in the ability training of orthopedic residents to design complex fracture surgeries.Based on the orthopedic residential training syllabus,the CT image data of 10 complicated pelvic and acetabular fracture cases are obtained for 3D printing to make fracture stereo models,which are then applied to the teaching of orthopedic residential training to discuss the formulation of surgical plan.The use of 3D printed fracture models has significantly improved residents’understanding of the 3D direction of fracture line,surgical approach selection,and internal fixed placement of complex fractures.The fracture stereo models made by 3D printing technology is helpful to improve residents’ability of formulating complex fracture surgeries.
