摘要
高校教师队伍是培养拔尖创新人才的关键。如何充分发挥教师在本科人才培养中的主导作用,是提升育人质量和水平的核心要义所在。北京科技大学自2018年开始在广泛吸纳其他高校经验的基础上结合学校特点,构建起“3+3”新型导师制育人模式。导师制的实施为高校内涵式发展探索新的路径,教师回归初心,充分发挥立德树人的关键作用,使教育教学更有温度、思想引领更有力度、立德树人更有效度。
The teaching staff of colleges and universities is the key to training top innovative talents,and how to give full play to the leading role of teachers in undergraduate training is the key to improving the quality and level of education.Since 2018,University of Science and Technology Beijing has built a new tutorial education model of“3+3”based on the experience of other universities and combined with the characteristics of the university.The implementation of the tutorial system explores a new path for the connotative development of colleges and universities.Teachers return to their original intention,giving full play to the key role of moral education,and making education and teaching warmer,value leading more powerful,and moral education more effective.
