产教融合推动人才培养模式变革路径探究——以成都农业科技职业学院国家“双高计划”建设为例 被引量:1

摘要 产教融合作为推动教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链全面衔接的有效途径,一直以来都是各方关注的焦点。尤其是在“双高计划”建设要求下,以产教融合的方式引导学校主动适应市场需求、开门办学、合作创新,再次成为重点内容。成都农业科技职业学院通过围绕产业布局专业、完善课程体系、提高课堂教学质量、全面提升教师素质等多种方式,进一步探索了通过产教融合的方式提高人才培养质量的方法路径,为推动职业院校深化产教融合提出了思路对策。 As an effective means to promote the complete integration of education chain,talent chain,industrial chain,and innovation chain,the integration of industry and education has always been the focus of attention.In particular,under the requirements of the“Double High-levels Plan”construction,guiding schools to actively adapt to market demands,open schools and boost innovations through the integration of industry and education,has once again become the key content.Chengdu Agricultural College has further explored the methods to improve the quality of talent training through the integration of industry and education,such as connecting majors with the industry,complementing the curriculum structures,improving the quality of class teaching-and-learning,and enhancing the capacities of teaching faculties,which puts forward countermeasures for promoting the deepening of the integration of industry and education in vocational colleges.
