美国中小学代课教师制度及启示

摘要 随着我国课程改革的不断深化和选课走班制度的全面实施,教师请假难的问题愈加突出。本文以美国中小学代课教师制度为研究对象,从概念内涵、准入资格、职责任务、申请方式、收入水平五个方面立体展示该制度的全貌,在梳理其问题的基础上,针对我国实际提出构建师资补充替代机制、拓宽代课教师来源渠道、提高代课教师职业素养、强化代课服务考核督导、加强代课教师服务保障等建议,以期为我国课程改革中出现的实际问题及代课教师制度建设提供借鉴参考。
