鸡冠面积大小的评估方法及其与体重、体尺性状的相关性分析 被引量:1

Evaluation method of comb area size and analysis of its correlation with body weight and body size

摘要 为了探究鸡冠面积大小与体重、体尺等性状间的关系,试验以南丹瑶鸡为研究对象,分别于6,10,13,17,20周龄测量鸡冠高、鸡冠长、鸡冠厚、体重、体尺等性状值,并采用常规测量及Photoshop 2020软件处理两种方法求得鸡冠面积,同时对两种方法求得的不同周龄鸡冠面积及其与体重、体尺等性状进行相关性分析。结果表明:除17,20周龄公鸡的鸡冠长及母鸡的鸡冠厚差异不显著(P>0.05)外,其余指标在不同周龄中均差异显著(P<0.05)。两种方法求得的鸡冠面积的相关性较高且均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。除6周龄的母鸡鸡冠面积与鸡冠厚差异不显著外,其余各周龄的鸡冠面积与鸡冠高、鸡冠长、鸡冠厚均呈显著正相关(P<0.05);6周龄母鸡鸡冠面积与胫围、体斜长、体重,10,13周龄母鸡鸡冠面积与体重均呈显著正相关(P<0.05);6周龄公鸡鸡冠面积与胫围、胫长、体重,17周龄公鸡鸡冠面积与胫围、胫长、体斜长、体重,以及20周龄公鸡鸡冠面积与胫围、体斜长、龙骨长均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。说明生产中测量鸡冠长和鸡冠高可有效估测实际鸡冠面积,鸡冠可为体重、体尺性状的选择提供参考,在对鸡冠面积选育时应针对性别差异制订不同的选育方法。 In order to explore the correlation between the size of comb area and the production performance such as body weight and body size, Nandan-Yao chicken were selected as the research object. The comb height, comb length, comb thickness, body weight and body size were measured at 6, 10, 13, 17 and 20 weeks of age, respectively. Two different methods(conventional measurement and Photoshop 2020 software processing) were used to obtain the comb area. At the same time, the correlation between the comb area of different weeks of age calculated by the two methods and its weight, body size and other characters was analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences in the same indexes among all weeks of age(P<0.05), except that there was no significant difference in roosters length and hens thickness of 17 and 20 weeks of age(P>0.05). The correlation of comb area obtained by conventional measurement and Photoshop software processing methods was higher and showed a significant positive correlation(P<0.05). Except for no significantly difference in comb area and comb thickness of hens at 6 weeks of age, comb area of hens at other weeks of age was significantly positively correlated with comb height, comb length, and comb thickness(P<0.05). The comb area of 6-week-old hens was positively correlated with tibia circumference, body oblique length and weight, and the crown area of 10 and 13-week-old hens was significantly positively correlated with body weight(P<0.05). The comb area of 6-week-old roosters was positively correlated with tibial circumference, tibial length and body weight;the comb area of 17-week-old roosters was positively correlated with tibial circumference, tibial length, body oblique length, and body weight, and the area of 20-week-old roosters was positively correlated with tibial circumference, body oblique length and keel length(P<0.05). The results indicated that measuring comb length and comb height in production could effectively estimate the actual comb area, and the comb could provide reference for the selection of body weight and body size traits. Different breeding methods should be developed according to gender differences when selecting comb area.
