日粮中添加复合益生菌制剂对努比亚山羊肌肉营养成分的影响

Effects of diet supplemented with compound probiotic preparation on muscle composition in Nubian goats

摘要 为了研究日粮中添加复合益生菌制剂对努比亚山羊肌肉营养成分的影响,试验将36只2月龄左右、健康且体重[(17.06±0.65) kg]相近的努比亚山羊随机分为3组,分别为试验A组(饲喂基础日粮)、试验B组(饲喂基础日粮+0.5‰复合益生菌制剂)、试验C组(饲喂基础日粮+1.0‰复合益生菌制剂),每组12只。各组山羊每天在07:00和18:00各饲喂1次,试验期为70 d。在饲养试验结束当天09:00,每组随机选取4只体重相近的羊只称重后进行屠宰,取背最长肌,检测水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、氨基酸及脂肪酸含量。结果表明:试验C组山羊背最长肌中水分含量显著低于试验A组(P<0.05);试验B、C组粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量均低于试验A组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。山羊背最长肌中检测到7种必需氨基酸和9种非必需氨基酸,其中试验B、C组组氨酸含量高于试验A组,其余氨基酸(除赖氨酸、天冬氨酸外)含量均低于试验A组,均差异不显著(P>0.05)。山羊背最长肌中检测到14种脂肪酸,其中除试验B组的二十碳三烯酸(C20∶3n6)含量显著低于试验A组(P<0.05)外,其余各组间脂肪酸含量均差异不显著(P>0.05),各组肌肉中油酸含量最高。说明日粮中添加1‰复合益生菌制剂能够显著降低肌肉中水分含量,添加0.5‰复合益生菌制剂能够显著降低肌肉中二十碳三烯酸(C20∶3n6)含量,对山羊背最长肌中其他脂肪酸和氨基酸含量无显著影响。 In order to study the effects of diet supplemented of compound probiotic preparation on the nutrient composition of Nubian goats’ muscle, 36 two-month-old healthy Nubian goats with similar weight([17.06±0.65] kg) were randomly divided into three groups, namely group A(fed the basal diet), group B(fed the basal diet + 0.5‰ probiotic complex) and group C(fed the basal diet + 1.0‰ probiotic complex). Each group consisted of 12 goats.Goats in each group were fed once a day at 07:00 and 18:00, respectively, and the experiment lasted for 70 d. At nine o’clock on the day of the end of the feeding trial, four goats with similar weight were randomly selected from each group and slaughtered, and the longissimus dorsi muscle was taken for moisture, crude protein, crude fat, amino acid and fatty acid content. The results showed that the moisture content in the longissimus dorsi muscle of goats in the test group C was significantly lower than that in the test group A(P<0.05). The contents of crude protein and crude fat in the test groups B and C were lower than those in the test group A, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). Seven essential amino acids and nine non-essential amino acids were detected in the longissimus dorsi muscle of the goats, among which the histidine content in the test B and C was higher than that in the test A, but the contents of other amino acids(except lysine and aspartic acid) were lower than those in the test A(P>0.05). Fourteen fatty acids were detected in the longissimus dorsi muscles of goats. Except that the content of eicosatrienoic acid(C20∶3n6) content in the test group B was significantly lower than that in the test group A(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in fatty acid content among other groups(P>0.05). The content of oleic acid in the muscles of each group was the highest. The results indicated that diet supplemented with 1‰ compound probiotics preparation could reduce water content in the muscle, and diet supplemented with 0.5‰ compound probiotics preparation could significantly reduce the content of eicosotrienic acid(C20∶3n6) in the muscle, but had no significant effect on the contents of other fatty acids and amino acids in the longissimus dorsi muscle of goats.
