化湿败毒方治疗重症病毒性肺炎疫毒闭肺证的疗效分析

Effect of Huashi Baidu Recipe on Severe Viral Pneumonia Induced by Phytophthora Blight

目的分析化湿败毒方治疗重症病毒性肺炎(疫毒闭肺证)的临床疗效。方法选择2018年1月—2020年1月潍坊市中医院诊治的重症病毒性肺炎(疫毒闭肺)患者60例,由计算机随机分成常规组和中药组,各30例。常规组给予常规西医治疗,中药组在常规组基础上加用化湿败毒方治疗。比较两组临床症状、炎性指标、肝功能和血氧饱和度,治疗结束后评定临床疗效和不良反应。结果常规组气促(3.33%)、CT异常(13.33%)、舌苔异常(10.00%)、发热(6.67%)、咳嗽(6.67%)与临床等症状消失情况相比中药组相比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.017、15.864、14.700、4.320、4.320,P<0.05)。治疗后,中药组WBC、hs-CRP、ALT、AST水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=21.936、22.233、3.971、7.272,P<0.05)。中药组不良反应总发生率与常规组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在治疗后,中药组患者总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05)。结论化湿败毒方治疗重症病毒性肺炎(疫毒闭肺证)能明显减少患者临床症状,提升疗效,改善肝功能和血氧情况,建议使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Huashi Baidu recipe on severe viral pneumonia induced by"phytophthora blight".Methods 60 patients with severe viral pneumonia(phytophthora blight)treated in Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and computer randomized into conventional group and Chinese medicine group,30 cases each.The conventional group was given conventional Western medical treatment,and the Chinese medicine group was treated with the addition of the Huashi Baidu recipe on the basis of conventional western medical treatmenngt.The clinical symptoms,inflammatory indexes,liver function and oxygen saturation of the two groups were compared,and the clinical efficacy and adverse effects were evaluated at the end of treatment.Results In the conventional group,disappearance of qi promoted(3.33%),CT abnormal(13.33%),tongue coating abnormal(10.00%),fever(6.67%),and cough rate(6.67%)compared with the Chinese medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.017,15.864,14.700,4.320,4.320,P<0.05).WBC,hsCRP,ALT,AST levels in the Chine se medicine group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=21.936,22.233,3.911,7.272,P<0.05).The total rate of adverse reactions in the Chinese medicine group and the conventional group were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the total efficiency of patients in the Chinese medicine group were higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of severe viral pneumonia with(phytophthora blight)with the formula of Huashi Baidu recipe can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the efficacy,liver function and blood oxygenation,and is recommended to be used.
