血清电解质水平、肾功能指标在长期血液透析患者中的检验价值分析

摘要 目的探析血清电解质水平、肾功能指标在长期血液透析患者中的检验价值。方法选择2021年1—12月梅州市第二中医医院收治的56例长期血液透析患者(观察组)和40名同期健康体检者(对照组)作为研究对象,检测两组血清电解质水平、肾功能指标。对比两组的血清电解质水平、肾功能指标,分析血清电解质水平、肾功能指标与血液透析的相关性。结果观察组透析前的K^(+)、Na^(+)、Cl^(-)、P检测值显著高于透析后和对照组,观察组透析前的Ca^(2+)、CO_(2)检测值显著低于透析后和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组透析前的Cr、BUN、UA、CYS-C检测值显著高于透析后和对照组,且观察组透析后高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血液透析与K^(+)、Na^(+)、Cl^(-)、P、Cr、BUN、UA、CYS-C呈负相关(r=-0.092、-0.105、-0.192、-0.122、-0.101、-0.097、-0.102、-0.096,P<0.05);血液透析与Ca^(2+)、CO_(2)呈正相关(r=0.103、0.106,P<0.05)。结论相较于血液透析治疗前,透析治疗后K^(+)、Na^(+)、Cl^(-)、P、Cr、BUN、UA、CYS-C呈低表达,Ca^(2+)、CO_(2)呈高表达,各指标表达水平得到显著改善,相应地,若透析治疗后K^(+)、Na^(+)、Cl^(-)、P、Cr、BUN、UA、CYS-C仍呈高表达,Ca^(2+)、CO_(2)仍呈低表达,侧面说明血液透析治疗效果有限,电解质紊乱、肾功能损伤等症状未得到改善。 Objective To explore the value of serum electrolyte level and renal function index in long-term hemodialysis patients.Methods 56 patients with long-term hemodialysis(observation group)admitted to Meizhou Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021 and 40 healthy people(control group)who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the study objects.The serum electrolyte level and renal function index were detected.Serum electrolyte level and renal function index between two groups were compared between the two groups.The correlation between serum electrolyte level,renal function index and hemodialysis was analyzed.Results The detection values of K^(+),Na^(+),Cl^(-)and P in the observation group before dialysis were significantly higher than those after dialysis and the control group,the detection value of Ca^(2+)and CO_(2)in the observation group before dialysis was significantly lower than after dialysis and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The values of Cr,BUN,UA and CYS-C before dialysis in observation group were significantly higher than those after dialysis and control group,the observation group after dialysis was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Hemodialysis was negatively correlated with K^(+),Na^(+),Cl^(-),P,Cr,BUN,UA and CYS-C(r=-0.092,-0.105,-0.192,-0.122,-0.101,-0.097,-0.102,-0.096,P<0.05);hemodialysis was positively correlated with Ca^(2+)and CO_(2)(r=0.103,0.106,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with before hemodialysis treatment,the expressions of K^(+),Na^(+),Cl^(-),P,Cr,BUN,UA,CYS-C were low and Ca^(2+)and CO_(2)were high after dialysis treatment,and the expression levels of all indexes were significantly improved.Correspondingly,if K^(+),Na^(+),Cl^(-),P,Cr,BUN,UA,CYS-C were still highly expressed after dialysis treatment,and Ca^(2+)and CO_(2)were still low,it indicated that hemodialysis treatment effect was limited,electrolyte disturbance,renal function injury and other symptoms were not improved.
