NSE、CYfra21-1联合检测对肺癌患者的诊断价值 被引量:1

Diagnostic Value of NSE Combined with CYfra21-1 in Patients with Lung Cancer

摘要 目的分析神经元特异性烯醇化酶(national spot exchange,NSE)、细胞角蛋白19可溶性片段(cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen21-1,CYfra21-1)两项指标联合检测对肺癌疾病的价值。方法选取2020年1月—2022年6月赣榆区人民医院接诊治疗的肺癌患者60例作为观察组,同期本院接诊的健康体检者60名作为对照组,所有患者均接受NSE、CYfra21-1肿瘤标志物指标检测,对比两组检测结果,计算单一指标及两项指标联合检测诊断疾病的准确率、灵敏度与特异度。结果观察组患者NSE(27.13±2.59)ng/mL、CYfra21-1(22.09±2.14)ng/mL均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=71.206、66.617,P<0.05)。两项指标联合诊断的准确率、灵敏度、特异度均明显高于单一指标检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者两项指标与健康者相比存在明显差异,临床诊断肺癌采取肿瘤标志物NSE、CYfra21-1两项指标联合检验方式具有较高准确率及灵敏度,倡导运用推广。 Objective To analyze the combined value of national spot exchange(NSE)and cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen21-1(CYfra21-1)in lung cancer.Methods 60 patients with lung cancer who were treated by Ganyu District People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 60 patients with physical examination who were treated by the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.All patients were tested with NSE and CYfra21-1 tumor markers.The results of the two groups were compared to calculate the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the single index and the combination of the two indexes in the diagnosis of disease.Results NSE(27.13±2.59)ng/mL and CYfra21-1(22.09±2.14)ng/mL in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=71.20666.617,P<0.05).The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the combined diagnosis of the two indicators were significantly higher than that of the single indicator detection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The two indexes of lung cancer patients are significantly different from those of healthy people.The combined test method of tumor markers NSE and CYfra21-1 can be adopted for clinical diagnosis of lung cancer,which has a high accuracy and sensitivity,so the application and promotion are advocated.
