Achievements and Prospects of Intelligent Manufacturing Standardization in Steel Industry

摘要 智能制造是推动钢铁工业实现质量变革、效率变革、动力变革,促进钢铁行业实现高质量发展的重要引擎,标准化是钢铁行业推进智能制造的重要基础和关键抓手。自2020年钢铁行业智能制造标准化工作启动以来,已成功研制百余项智能制造标准,智能制造标准化工作取得一定成效。基于钢铁行业智能制造标准体系建设现状,分析出标准化工作存在标准化对象广、技术交叉融合、发展不均衡不充分三大特征,梳理出标准化工作中存在技术应用创新能力不足、复合型专业人才匮乏、基础标准缺失制约标准体系规范有序发展三大问题。据此,探讨得出我国钢铁行业智能制造标准化发展建议——构建完善的钢铁行业智能制造标准体系、集中优势力量加速制定重点标准、推动智能制造技术赋能行业应用、充分发挥智能制造标杆示范作用、加强专业化人才队伍建设保障,以期为推进我国钢铁强国建设贡献力量。 Intelligent manufacturing is an important engine to promote the quality, efficiency and power transformation of the steel industry, and to promote the high-quality development of the steel industry.Standardization is an important foundation and key grip for the steel industry to promote the intelligent manufacturing. Since the start of intelligent manufacturing standardization in the steel industry in the year 2020, more than 100 intelligent manufacturing standards have been successfully developed, and intelligent manufacturing standardization has achieved certain results. Based on the current situation of the construction of the intelligent manufacturing standard system in the steel industry, the three major characteristics of standardization work, namely, the wide range of standardization objects, the intersection and integration of technologies, and the uneven and inadequate development, were analyzed;and the three major problems in the standardization work, namely, the lack of technological application and innovation ability, the lack of complex professionals, and the lack of basic standards that restrict the standardized and orderly development of the standard system, were combed out. Based on this, the suggestions for the development of intelligent manufacturing standardization in China’s steel industry were discussed: build a complete intelligent manufacturing standard system in the steel industry, focus on the advantages to speed up the formulation of key standards, promote the application of intelligent manufacturing technology in enabling industries, give full play to the exemplary role of intelligent manufacturing, and strengthen the construction guarantee of professional talent team, with a view to contributing China to the construction of steel power nation.
