海西州地区电能替代潜力评估指标体系研究

摘要 随着“双碳”目标及新型电力系统建设方针的推进,海西州地区新能源装机规模增大与新能源就地消纳能力不足之间的矛盾日益加剧。同时,大规模煤改气、散煤替代的建设工作又不断阻碍新能源消纳任务的达成。清洁供暖技术能在新能源消纳问题与低碳供暖建设间进行有效平衡,但对海西州电能替代潜力的认识不足使企业无法有序安排优化项目,盲目推进又将造成电负荷迅速增长而引发配电系统安全稳定问题。因此,文章提出了一种适合海西州电能替代潜力评估的指标体系,为电网企业高效推动清洁供暖建设工作提供一种量化分析的方法。 With the development of dual carbon strategy and new power system construction,the contradiction between the increasing installed scale of new energy and the insufficient local absorption capacity of new energy in Haixi becomes increasingly serious.At the same time,the construction work of replacing coal with gas on a large scale and replacing coal with loose coal constantly hinders the achievement of new energy consumption task.Clean heating technology can effectively balance the consumption of new energy and the construction of low-carbon heating.However,the lack of understanding of the potential of electric energy replacement in Haixi makes enterprises unable to arrange and optimize the project in an orderly manner,and the blind promotion will lead to the rapid increase of electric load and the security and stability of the distribution system.Therefore,this paper proposes an index system suitable for the potential assessment of electric energy replacement in Haixi,providing a quantitative analysis method for the efficient promotion of clean heating construction in power grid enterprises.
