气相防腐蚀材料对电力金属材料的保护

摘要 碳钢和紫铜作为使用较广的电力金属材料,在大气环境中普遍面临生锈腐蚀的问题。通过气相防腐蚀甄别试验测试了某气相防腐蚀材料配方对碳钢和紫铜金属试片的防腐蚀保护效果,借助光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对测试试片进行观察。测试结果表明,该配方对碳钢和紫铜均有显著的保护效果。显微观察发现,有保护的金属试片表面基本完整保留了测试前的打磨痕迹,表面无氧化腐蚀产物,无保护的试片表面生成较多腐蚀产物,试片的打磨痕迹被腐蚀物遮蔽。 Carbon steel and purple copper,as widely used power metal materials,generally face the problem of rust and corrosion in the atmospheric environment.The effect of anti-corrosion protection of carbon steel and copper metal specimens was tested by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.The test results show that the formula has a significant protection effect on both carbon steel and purple copper.Microscopic observation found that the surface of the protected metal test piece was basically intact and retained the grinding traces before the test.There was no oxidation corrosion products on the surface,and the unprotected test piece surface produced more corrosion products,and the grinding traces of the test piece were covered by the corrosion materials.
