文章以110 kV红某变由于运行方式安排不合理、日常运维不到位导致站内所有主变非计划停运并引发电气火灾为例,分析了起火及主变受损的机理,并从运行人员的视角对该事件进行分析和反思,梳理了事件发生的各种导火索,明确了运行人员的正确防范处置方法。研究发现,根据具体情况合理调整运行方式及做实、做细变电设备的日常运维是保证电网安全运行的基本保障。
