摘要
近年来,国铁集团大力推进货车修程修制改革,不断延长货车检修周期,优化检修内容及项目,控制货车运维成本,提高货车使用效率。论述货车维修管理体制,对修程修制改革成效进行梳理,提出改革发展方向,研究改革对全路货车总体检修能力的影响。结合相关规划及货运发展,预测规划期货车保有量,并分析全路货车检修设施规模和能力适应性,相应提出检修能力布局。结合改革对检修能力的影响,剖析对货车检修设施设备配置的影响。创新研究修程修制改革对检修能力的影响,并以此分析全路货车车辆检修发展规划,创新提出对设施设备配置的影响,相关研究成果对货车检修设施建设具有较强的参考借鉴意义。
In recent years,China Railway has vigorously promoted the reform of freight train repair system,continuously extended the freight train repair cycle,optimized the repair contents and projects,controlled the freight train operation and maintenance cost,and improved the use efficiency of freight trains.This paper first discusses the freight car maintenance management system,combs the results of the maintenance system reform,puts forward the direction of reform and development,and studies the impact of the reform on the overall inspection and repair capacity of freight cars on the whole.In combination with relevant planning and freight development,we forecast and plan the number of futures cars,deeply analyze the scale and capacity adaptability of freight car maintenance facilities across the road,and propose the maintenance capacity layout accordingly.Combined with the impact of the reform on the maintenance capacity,the impact on the configuration of freight car maintenance facilities and equipment is analyzed.This paper studies the impact of the reform on the maintenance capability,analyzes the development plan of the whole railway freight car maintenance,and puts forward the impact on the configuration of facilities and equipment.The research results have a strong reference significance for the construction of freight car maintenance facilities.
