口蹄疫新型诊断技术研究进展

The progress on new diagnostic techniques for foot-and-mouth disease

口蹄疫病毒(Foot-and-mouth disease virus,FMDV)由于其高度变异性,加之血清型和亚型众多,各型之间无交叉保护性,口蹄疫(Foot-and-mouth disease,FMD)的防控效果不佳,FMD疫情一直在世界范围内爆发。因此,需要快速、敏感、特异的FMD诊断技术来支撑FMD的防控工作,且需及时更新与优化防止漏诊。文章对FMD的新型诊断技术作以综述,以期为FMD的快速诊断提供参考。

Foot-and-mouse disease virus(FMDV)has poor prevention and control effect due to its high variability,numerous serotypes and subtypes,and no cross protection between each type.FMD epidemic has been breaking out worldwide.Therefore,fast,sensitive and accurate FMD diagnosis technology was needed to support FMD prevention and control.and FMD diagnostic technology should be constantly optimized and updated to prevent missed diagnosis.This article reviews these new diagnositic techniques to provide reference for fast and accurate diagnosis of FMD.
