基于HPLC指纹图谱与多成分分析结合的天然植物饲料原料黄芪标准建立 被引量:1

摘要 建立天然植物饲料原料黄芪(Astragalus membranaceus)的指纹图谱分析方法,采用相似度计算和主成分分析模式识别方法评价不同批次天然植物饲料原料黄芪的质量。收集甘肃、内蒙古和新疆三个产区15个批次的黄芪,采用HPLC-DAD建立15个批次黄芪的指纹图谱。对15个批次黄芪的指纹图谱进行相似度计算,并结合化学模式识别方法进行主成分分析。天然植物饲料原料黄芪主要含黄酮和异黄酮类,指纹图谱测出8个共有峰,15个批次黄芪样品相似度均大于0.91。主成分分析结果表明,不同产地黄芪质量有差异。指纹图谱结合主成分分析技术可用于天然植物饲料原料黄芪的质量评价。 The purpose of the test was to establish the fingerprint analysis method of Astragalus membranaceus,a natural plant feed raw material and evaluate the quality of Astragalus membranaceus in different batches by similarity calculation and principal component analysis pattern recognition method.Fifteen batches of Astragalus membranaceus from three production areas of Gansu,Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang were collected,and the fingerprints of 15 batches of Astragalus membranaceus were established by HPLC-DAD.The similarity of fingerprints of 15 batches of Astragalus membranaceus was calculated,and principal component analysis was carried out in combination with chemical pattern recognition method.The natural plant feed raw materials Astragalus membranaceus mainly contained flavonoids and isoflavones.The fingerprint determined 8 common peaks,and the similarity of 15 batches of Astragalus samples was greater than 0.91.The results of principal component analysis showed that the quality of Astragalus membranaceus from different habitats was different.Fingerprint combined with principal component analysis technology can be used to evaluate the quality of natural plant feed raw material Astragalus membranaceus.
