探究AA肉鸡消化器官的发育规律。选择1、7、14、21、35和39日龄的AA肉鸡进行解剖,测量肠道总长度、各区段的长度,称取腺胃、肌胃和胰腺的质量。肠道总长度在第一周增长最快,之后逐周降低,但是在第四周出现一个增长次高峰;十二指肠、空肠和回肠的长度与肠道总长度的变化规律一致。7日龄肠道总长度与体重的比值最大,1日龄次之,14日龄以后逐渐降低。肌胃和腺胃的最大绝对增重出现在第二周,胰腺的最大绝对增重出现在第三周,肌胃、腺胃和胰腺的相对增重值呈现逐周下降的趋势。

The purpose of the test was to explore the development law of digestive organs in AA broilers.AA Broilers aged 1,7,14,21,35 and 39 days were selected for anatomical observation.The total length of intestine,the length of each segment and the weight of glandular stomach,muscular stomach and pancreas were measured.The total intestinal length increased fastest in the first week and then decreased week by week,but there was a secondary peak in the fourth week.The length change of duodenum,jejunum and ileum was consistent with the total length of intestine.The ratio of total intestinal length to body weight at 7 days of age was the largest,followed by 1 day of age,and gradually decreased after 14 days of age.The maximum absolute weight gain of muscle stomach and glandular stomach appeared in the second week,and the maximum absolute weight gain of pancreas appeared in the third week.The relative weight gain of muscle stomach,glandular stomach and pancreas decreased week by week.
