摘要
目的:观察对骨转移癌患者实施中药补肾通络方联合唑来膦酸治疗的临床效果。方法:择取我院2016年1月-2020年5月收治的80例骨转移癌患者,将其随机分组研究,对照组(40例)实施唑来膦酸治疗,观察组(40例)实施中药补肾通络方联合唑来膦酸治疗,对照分析2组临床效果。结果:经过治疗,观察组总有效率高于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,尿Ⅰ型胶原交联氨基末端肽低于对照组,中医证候积分和生活质量评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率对比无统计学差异,P>0.05。结论:对骨转移癌患者来说,实施中药补肾通络方联合唑来膦酸治疗,可有效减轻疼痛程度,并改善尿Ⅰ型胶原交联氨基末端肽,对临床症状有积极改善作用,使患者的生活质量得到提升,而且安全性良好。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Tongluo Formula combined with zoledronic acid in the treatment of patients with bone metastases.Methods:80 patients with bone metastatic cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to May 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(40 cases)was treated with zoledronic acid,and the study group(40 cases)was treated with Bushen Tongluo Recipe combined with zoledronic acid.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the pain score was lower than that of the control group,the urinary type I collagen cross-linked amino terminal peptide was lower than that of the control group,and the TCM syndrome score and quality of life score were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with bone metastatic cancer,the combination of Bushen Tongluo Formula and zoledronic acid can effectively reduce the pain on the one hand,and improve the cross-linked amino terminal peptide of type I collagen in urine on the other hand,which can positively improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients,and have good safety.
