膝关节置换术与内镜下膝关节镜清理术对膝骨性关节炎患者Lysholm评分、HSS评分的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Knee Arthroplasty and Endoscopic Debridement on Lysholm Score and HSS Score in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

摘要 目的:研究膝关节置换术与内镜下膝关节镜清理术对膝骨性关节炎患者Lysholm评分、HSS评分的影响。方法:选取我院2017年4月-2020年5月收治的80例膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象。随机数字分组法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组实施膝关节置换术,观察组实施内镜下膝关节镜清理术。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为92.5%,而对照组患者的总有效率为70.0%,2组差异显著(P<0.05);术后3个月和术后6个月,观察组的Lysholm评分较术前明显提高,且高于同时期对照组患者,2组差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者的HSS评分优良率为90.0%,明显高于对照组的70.0%,2组差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的SAS和SDS评分均明显降低,且降低程度高于对照组,2组差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者MBI和MMSE评分均明显升高,与对照组的差异显著(P<0.05);观察组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为2.5%和5.0%。2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:内镜下膝关节镜清理术对膝骨性关节炎患者的治疗效果优于膝关节置换术,可以明显改善患者膝关节功能,提高患者满意度,研究结果可为膝骨性关节炎的临床治疗提供理论依据。 Objective:To study the influence of knee arthroplasty and endoscopic debridement on Lysholm score and HSS score in patients with Knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Methods:80 patients with Knee osteoarthritis in our hospital from April 2017 to may 2020 were selected as the research objects.Randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group received knee arthroplasty,and the observation group received arthroscopic debridement.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%,while that of the control group was 70.0%,the difference was significant(P<0.05);(2)after 3 months and 6 months,the Lysholm score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);(3)the excellent and good rate of HSS score in the observation group was 90.0%,significantly higher than that in the control group;(4)After treatment,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).MBI and MMSE scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);(5)The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 2.5%and 5.0%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic knee arthroscopic debridement is better than knee arthroplasty in the treatment of patients with Knee osteoarthritis,and can significantly improve the function of the knee joint,improve patient satisfaction,the results can provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of Knee osteoarthritis.
