X线、CT、MRI对早期股骨头缺血坏死的诊断价值分析

Diagnostic Value of X-ray,CT and MRI in Early Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head

目的:分析早期股骨头缺血坏死疾病特点,对比分析X线、CT、MRI影像学诊断价值。方法:选择我院骨科2019年5月-2020年5月收治的早期股骨头缺血坏死疾病患者80例。均采取X线、CT、MRI进行诊断,分别作为观察1组、观察2组、观察3组。比较早期股骨头缺血坏死患者经X线、CT、MRI诊断后的不同分期诊断符合率情况。结果:组间诊断符合率方面,观察3组Ⅰ期诊断符合率、总诊断符合率均明显高于观察1组、观察2组(P<0.05),且观察2组诊断符合率高于观察1组(P<0.05)。结论:X线、CT、MRI用于诊断早期股骨头缺血坏死疾病均有诊断价值,就整体诊断效能比较,MRI诊断准确率明显高于CT、X线,是优选诊断手段。

Objective:To analyze the characteristics of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head and compare the diagnostic value of X-ray,CT and MRI.Methods:a total of 80 patients with early avascular necrosis of the femoral head were selected from the Department of orthopaedics of our hospital from May 2019 to may 2020.All patients were diagnosed by X-ray,CT and MRI as observation group 1,observation group 2 and observation group 3,which were reviewed and approved by the hospital ethics committee and participated in the informed consent and cooperation of patients.To compare the diagnostic coincidence rate of different stages in patients with early avascular necrosis of the femoral head diagnosed by X-ray,CT and MRI.Results:in terms of the diagnostic coincidence rate between groups,the phase I diagnostic coincidence rate and the total diagnostic coincidence rate of the three groups were significantly higher than those of the observation group 1 and the observation group 2(P<0.05),and the diagnostic coincidence rate of the observation group 2 was higher than that of the observation group 1(P<0.05).Conclusion:X-ray,CT and MRI have diagnostic value in the diagnosis of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Compared with CT and X-ray,MRI is the preferred diagnostic method.
