摘要
针对既有高架桥桥面抬高改造需求,以实际工程为例,结合现场高架桥自身结构特点及梁下空间,设计了顶升支撑体系、限位体系及千斤顶PLC同步控制交替顶升系统,采用各墩分级比例同步顶升施工控制,实现梁体调坡顶升改造。工程实践表明:设计合理,施工安全可行,有效利用了既有桥梁结构,节约了资源。
In view of the existing need to viaduct deck elevation,a key design and construction technology for synchronous lifting of slope adjustment is proposed,combined with the structural characteristics of the viaduct and the space under the beam,the jacking support system,the limiting displacement system and the PLC synchronous control alternate jacking system are designed. The synchronous jacking construction control of each pier is adopted to achieve the beam body slope adjustment and jacking reconstruction. The engineering practice shows that the design is reasonable,the construction is safe and feasible,the existing bridge structure is effectively used,the social and economic resources are saved.
