经方治疗糖尿病的研究进展

Research progress of classical prescriptions in the treatment of diabetes mellitus

糖尿病的临床患病率及并发症发生率逐年递增,给社会医疗资源及人民健康带来不利影响。现阶段,糖尿病的治疗多以西药控制为主,并辅以生活方式的干预。但因需要长期用药,患者服药依从性常随着服药时间的延长而降低,导致糖尿病复发率高、并发症多,影响患者长期治疗效果,给患者及家属带来不良影响。中药防治糖尿病具有悠久的历史和明显的临床疗效,并且不良反应较少,目前临床开始采用中药方剂结合常规西药治疗糖尿病,取得了较为满意的效果。因此,开展相关方面的临床观察与研究是目前糖尿病诊治的趋势。本文着眼于临床经常使用的经典方剂如黄连解毒汤、葛根芩连汤、补阳还五汤,对其在糖尿病治疗中的临床应用研究进展以及作用机制进行总结与归纳,以期为临床中药方剂治疗糖尿病提供一定的参考。

The clinical prevalence rate incidence of complications of diabetes mellitus are increasing year by year,which has a negative impact on social medical resources and people’s health. At the present stage,the treatment of diabetes mellitus is mainly controlled by western medicine and supplemented by lifestyle intervention. However,because of the need for long-term medication,the patient’s medication adherence often decreases with the extension of medication time,resulting in a high recurrence rate and many complications of diabetes mellitus,which will affect the long-term treatment effect of patients and bring adverse effects to patients and their families. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and obvious clinical curative effect in the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus,and the adverse reactions are relatively less. At present,the traditional Chinese medicine prescription combined with conventional western medicine treatment are used to treat diabetes mellitus,and has achieved satisfactory effects.Therefore,carrying out relevant clinical observation and research is the trend of diabetes mellitus diagnosis and treatment. This article focuses on the classic prescriptions frequently used in clinical practice such as Huanglian Jiedu Decoction,Gegen Qinlian Decoction and Buyang Huanwu Decoction,and summarizes the research progress of clinical application and the mechanism of action in the treatment of diabetes mellitus,in order to provide some reference for clinical Chinese medicine prescription in the treatment of diabetes.
