冠状动脉内支架术后非心脏并发症护理研究进展

摘要 随着医疗技术的不断发展,冠状动脉内支架术已经普遍应用于冠状动脉急性闭塞及经皮冠状动脉腔内形成术后再狭窄的临床治疗。但该项治疗属于创伤性治疗方式,一旦出现临床操作或处理不当,有可能引发严重并发症,甚至导致患者死亡。冠状动脉内支架术后非心脏并发症的发生风险与介入方法的选择具有一定关联性,同时也同手术复杂程度具有相关性。需要护理人员熟练掌握手术流程,对有关并发症的发生诱因也要做到充分、准确地认识,并结合实际状况采取针对性预防措施,围绕患者可能发生的各类意外事件实施相应护理干预,以控制并发症发生风险,为临床患者治疗的有效性和安全性提供保障。因此本文围绕冠状动脉内支架术后患者的非心脏并发症护理方案展开综述,以期为临床护理工作的开展提供参考和帮助。 With the continuous improvement of medical technology,intracoronary stenting is widely used in the clinical treatment of acute coronary artery occlusion and restenosis after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty. However,this treatment belongs to traumatic treatment scheme. Once the clinical operation and treatment are improper,it is very likely to cause serious complications and even lead to the death of patients. The occurrence risk of non cardiac complications after intracoronary stenting is not only related to the choice of interventional methods,but also positively related to the complexity of surgery. This requires nurses to be familiar with and understand the operation process,fully and accurately understand the causes of complications,take targeted preventive measures in combination with the actual situation,implement corresponding nursing intervention around various accidents that may occur to patients,and control the risk of complications at the lowest level,to provide a positive guarantee for the effectiveness and safety of clinical treatment of patients. Therefore,this article focuses on the nursing plan of patients with non cardiac complications after intracoronary stenting,in order to provide reference and help for the development of clinical nursing work.
