分层次多元化培训对护理人员的影响

Influence of hierarchical and diversified training on nursing staff

摘要 目的 分析分层次多元化培训对护理人员的影响,为护理人员的培训提供参考方案。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年6月山东省聊城市茌平区人民医院的护理人员76例作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组给予常规培训,观察组给予分层次多元化培训。比较两组医师对护理人员综合能力认可率,患者对护理人员总满意率和护理人员对培训的总满意率。结果 观察组医师对护理人员综合能力总认可率为94.74%,明显高于对照组的73.68%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.333,P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理人员总满意率为97.37%,高于对照组的76.32%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.369,P<0.05)。观察组护理人员对培训总满意率为94.74%,高于对照组的71.05%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.516,P<0.05)。结论 对护理人员实行分层次多元化培训,不仅可以提高护理质量,还能提高护理人员对培训的满意率以及患者对护理人员的满意率,值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective To analyze the impact of hierarchical and diversified training on nursing staff,and provide a reference plan for nursing staff training. Methods A total of 76 nursing staff from Shandong Province Liaocheng Chiping District People’s Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 38 cases in each group. The control group received routine training,while the observation group received hierarchical and diversified training. The recognition rate of doctors on the comprehensive ability of nursing staff,the total satisfaction rate of patients on nursing staff and the total satisfaction rate of nursing staff on training between the two groups were compared. Results The total recognition rate of doctors on the comprehensive ability of nursing staff in the observation group was 94.74%,which was significantly higher than 73.68% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.333,P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of patients on nursing staff in the observation group was 97.37%,which was higher than 76.32% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.369,P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of nursing staff on traning in the observation group was 94.74%,which was higher than 71.05% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=7.516,P <0.05). Conclusion The hierarchical and diversified training for nursing staff could not only improve the quality of nursing,but also improve the satisfaction rate of nursing staff to training and patients to nursing staff,which was worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
