早期康复护理结合针灸在脑中风偏瘫中的应用

Application of early rehabilitation nursing combined with acupuncture on cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia

目的 探究在脑中风偏瘫患者恢复中应用早期康复护理联合针灸治疗的效果。方法 选择天津市中医药研究院附属医院2019年10月—2021年10月收治的82例脑中风偏瘫患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各41例。对照组患者实施常规护理联合针灸治疗,研究组患者实施早期康复护理联合针灸治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、有关临床指标(FMA评分、NIHSS评分、Barthel评分)以及并发症发生率。结果 研究组患者治疗总有效率为90.24%,高于对照组的70.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前FMA、NIHSS、Barthel评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FMA、NIHSS、Barthel评分均较治疗前改善,且研究组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率为7.32%,低于对照组的26.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 早期康复护理联合针灸治疗可使脑中风偏瘫患者得到更佳的恢复效果,强化患者运动能力以及日常生活能力,神经损害进一步改善且并发症发生率更低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing combined with acupuncture in the recovery of patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia. Methods Eighty-two patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia treated in Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research object. They were divided into control group and study group by random table method,with 41 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing combined with acllpuncture treatment and the study group received early rehabilitation nursing combined with acupuncture treatment. The treatment effect,relevant clinical indexes(FMA score,NIHSS score,Barthel score)and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90.24%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group with 70.73%,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). There was no significant difference in FMA score,NIHSS score and Barthel score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05). After treatment,the FMA score,NIHSS score and Barthel score of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the study group was superior to the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 7.32%,which was lower than 26.83% in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing combined with acupuncture treatment could give the patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia better recovery effect,strengthen the patients’ motor ability and daily living ability,further improve the nerve damage with lower the incidence of complications,which was worth of clinical promotion and application value.
