基于数据挖掘研究李德新教授治疗泄泻的用药规律

Study on the Medication Rule of Professor Li Dexin in the Treatment of Diarrhea Based on Data Mining

目的 分析、总结李德新教授治疗泄泻的用药规律及诊疗思路。方法 搜集整理李德新教授治疗泄泻的处方病历,通过建立规范化的数据库进行数据挖掘。结果 共纳入295个处方,129味中药。高频药物为炙甘草、白术、茯苓、党参、黄芪、柴胡、山药、肉豆蔻、诃子、葛根等;药物种类以健脾益气药、燥湿利水药为主;药性多平、温,药味多为甘、辛、苦味,归经主要以脾、肺、胃经为主;处方中常用药对有白术—茯苓、白术—党参、茯苓—党参等;聚类分析得到5组药物;复杂网络分析得到19种核心药物。结论李德新教授治疗泄泻主要以健脾益气,燥湿利水,兼顾升提为主,具有“补脾重在健脾,治泄善用升提”的治疗特点。

Objective To analyze and summarize Professor Li Dexin’s medication rules and treatment ideas for diarrhea. Methods Collecting and sorting out Professor Li Dexin’s prescription medical records for the treatment of diarrhea, and data mining by establishing a standardized database was conducted. Results A total of 295 prescriptions and 129 traditional Chinese medicines were included. The high-frequency drugs are roasted licorice, Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria cocos, Codonopsis pilosula, Astragalus membranaceus, bupleurum, yam, nutmeg, chebula chebula, Pueraria lobata, etc. The main drugs are invigorating spleen and qi, drying dampness and promoting diuresis. Its medicinal properties are mostly mild and mild, and its tastes are mostly sweet, pungent and bitter. Its meridians are mainly spleen, lung and stomach meridians. The commonly used drugs in the prescription include Atractylodes macrocephala-Poria cocos, Atractylodes macrocephala-Codonopsis pilosula, Poria cocos-Codonopsis pilosula, etc. Five groups of drugs were obtained by cluster analysis. 19 core drugs were obtained by complex network analysis. Conclusion Professor Li Dexin’s treatment of diarrhea mainly focuses on invigorating the spleen and qi, drying dampness and diuresis, and giving consideration to lifting. He has the treatment characteristics of "strengthening the spleen, treating diarrhea and making good use of lifting".
