桂枝芍药知母汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Gouty Arthritis

目的探讨急性痛风性关节炎患者应用桂枝芍药知母汤治疗效果。方法选取北京市密云区中医医院2021年1月—2021年12月收治的106例急性痛风性关节炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,对照组(53例)采用秋水仙碱治疗,观察组(53例)于对照组基础上加用桂枝芍药知母汤。对比2组实验室指标、中医证候积分及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组。2组治疗后ESR以及CRP水平均低于治疗前,且观察组ESR以及CRP水平均低于对照组;2组治疗后中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组评分均低于对照组;2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在急性痛风性关节炎患者中采用桂枝芍药知母汤治疗,可有效缓解临床症状,改善实验室指标,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods A total of 106 patients with acute gouty arthritis admitted to Miyun District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=53)was treated with colchicine,and the observation group(n=53)was treated with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction on the basis of the control group.The laboratory indicators,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the ESR and CRP levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the ESR and CRP levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve laboratory indicators in patients with acute gouty arthritis with high safety.
