自拟息风复瘫汤治疗中风恢复期风痰瘀阻证临床观察

Clinical Observation on Self-made Xifeng Futan Decoction in the Treatment of Wind Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome in Stroke Recovery Period

目的探讨自拟息风复瘫汤治疗中风恢复期风痰瘀阻证的效果。方法将筛选入组的106例中风恢复期风痰瘀阻证患者用信封法随机分成对照组和研究组,各53例,对照组给予西医综合治疗,研究组在西医治疗基础上联合自拟息风复瘫汤治疗,比较2组疗效、中医证候积分、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)和血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组中医证候积分、NIHSS评分和血浆Hcy水平均明显下降(P<0.05),且研究组上述指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组未见明显不良反应。结论在西医治疗基础上,联合自拟息风复瘫汤治疗中风恢复期风痰瘀阻证临床效果显著,且优于单纯西医治疗。

Objective To explore the effect of Xifeng Futan decoction on wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in stroke recovery period.Methods 106 patients with wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in the stroke recovery period were randomly divided into control group and study group by envelope method.The control group was given comprehensive treatment of western medicine,and the study group was treated with Xifeng Futan decoction on the basis of western medicine.The curative effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,neurological deficit score(NIHSS)and plasma homocysteine(Hcy)level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 86.79%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,NIHSS score and plasma Hcy level in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the above indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Conclusion On the basis of western medicine treatment,the self-made Xifeng Futan decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in the stroke recovery period,which is better than that of western medicine alone.
