传统中药饮片调剂方式与中药配方颗粒调剂方式的临床应用价值

Comparison and Analysis on the Clinical Application Value of Preparation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces and Dispensing of Traditional Chinese Medicine Formula Granules

目的研究对比传统中药饮片调剂方式与中药配方颗粒调剂方式的临床应用价值并予以分析,旨在为临床中药剂型选择提供指导作用。方法选择2020年5月—2020年12月于郑州市第二人民医院使用传统中药饮片的120例患者作为对照组。另取同期于郑州市第二人民医院使用中药配方颗粒(广东一方制药有限公司)的120例患者作为研究组。比较2组发药出错率以及内部调剂出错率,调剂方式竞争优势,工作质量,服药依从性。结果观察组发药出错率以及内部调剂出错率分别为0、1.67%(2/120),均低于对照组的(均P<0.05)。观察组服用便利、携带便利、存储便利以及取药便利占比均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组工作质量评价中的规格限制大、药物浪费多占比分别为1.67%(2/120)、4.17%(5/120),均低于对照组,而卫生条件佳、工作强度小及工作效率高占比分别为96.67%(116/120)、83.33%(100/120)、86.67%(104/120),均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组服药依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药配方颗粒调剂方式的临床应用价值优于传统中药饮片调剂方式,且有效提高工作质量,改善患者的服药依从性,值得推广应用。

Objective To study and compare the clinical application value of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and traditional Chinese medicine formula granules,in order to provide guidance for the selection of clinical traditional Chinese medicine dosage forms.Methods 120 patients who used traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the hospital from May 2020 to Pecember 2020 were selected as the control group.Another 120 patients who used traditional Chinese medicine formula granules(Guangdong Yifang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)in the hospital in the same period were taken as the study group.The dispensing error rate,internal dispensing error rate,dispensing mode,competitive advantage,work quality and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The error rates of dispensing and internal dispensing in the observation group were 0 and 1.67%(2/120)respectively,which were lower than the control group(all P<0.05).The proportion of convenient taking,carrying,storage and taking medicine in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The proportions of large specification limit and drug waste in the evaluation of work quality in the observation group were 1.67%(2/120)and 4.17%(5/120)respectively,which were lower than the control group,while the proportions of good sanitary conditions,low work intensity and high work efficiency were 96.67%(116/120),83.33%(100/120)and 86.67%(104/120)respectively,which were higher than the control group(all P<0.05).The medication compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application value of traditional Chinese medicine formula granule is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,and it can effectively improve the work quality and improve the medication compliance of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
