浅论张佩青教授辨证施治胃痛经验

Discussion on Professor Zhang Peiqing in the Treatment of Stomachache Based on Syndrome Differentiation

从张佩青教授辨证治疗胃痛的3则医案着手,浅析张佩青教授对于不同证型胃痛的选方用药经验及其独到的胃痛“十法”辨证理念。张佩青教授认为虽然引起胃痛的原因不尽相同但治疗所遵循的大方向应是相近的,即循古而揣新从多维度考虑“通”,将“通”贯穿治疗胃痛的全过程,气血阴阳通畅则胃痛愈。张佩青教授的这一新的治疗理念开拓了中医思路、指明了治疗胃痛的新方向。

Starting from Professor Zhang Peiqing’s three cases of syndrome differentiation in the treatment of stomachache,this paper briefly analyzed Professor Zhang Peiqing’s experience in prescription selection for different syndrome types of stomachache and his unique concept of"ten methods"for syndrome differentiation of stomachache.Professor Zhang Peiqing believes that although the causes of stomachache are not nearly the same,the general direction of the treatment should be similar,that is,follow the ancient and bring the new from multi-dimensional consideration of"smoothing","smoothing"through the whole process of stomachache treatment,qi,blood,yin and yang are smoothing,the stomachache would be cured.The teacher’s new treatment concept has opened up our traditional Chinese medicine thinking and pointed out a new direction for the treatment of stomachache.
