益肾清利方治疗肾虚湿热型特发性膜性肾病30例

Yishen Qingli Recipe in Treating Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy of Kidney Deficiency and Dampness-heat Type for 30 Cases

目的 观察益肾清利方治疗肾虚湿热型特发性膜性肾病(Idiopathic membranous nephropathy, IMN)的临床疗效。方法 将肾虚湿热型IMN患者60例按随机数字表分为试验组、对照组,各30例。对照组予ACEI/ARB、泼尼松0.5 mg/(kg·d)、小剂量雷公藤多苷片10 mg,每日2次。试验组在此基础治疗上加用自拟益肾清利方,分别于治疗前、治疗后4周、治疗后8周检测24 h UTP、白蛋白及血常规、肝功能。结果 2组患者24 h UTP定量均较前下降,白蛋白均较前升高(P<0.05);且试验组24 h UTP低于对照组,ALB高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),表明试验组优于对照组。结论 益肾清利方能降低患者尿蛋白,提高血白蛋白,稳定患者病情,改善中医临床症状,安全有效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Qingli recipe in treating idiopathic membranous nephropathy with kidney deficiency and dampness-heat type. Methods 60 cases of primary membranous nephropathy with kidney deficiency and dampness-heat were randomly divided into experimental group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). The control group received ACEI/ARB, prednisone 0.5 mg/(kg·d) and low-dose tripterygium wilfordii polyside tablets 10mg, twice a day. The experimental group was added with self-made Yishen Qingli recipe on this basis. 24hUTP, albumin, blood routine and liver function were detected before treatment, 4W and 8W after treatment, respectively. Results After treatment, 24hUTP was decreased and albumin was increased in both groups(P<0.05). The 24hUTP of experimental group was lower than that of control group, and the ALB of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Yishen Qingli recipe can reduce 24hUTP, improve ALB, stabilize the patient’s condition, improve the clinical symptoms, and is safe and effective.
