蝉花止嗽合剂治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chanhua Zhisou Mixture in the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma

目的研究蝉花止嗽合剂治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(肺热阴虚证)疗效及对炎症反应的影响。方法选取确诊为小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿88例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(42例)和治疗组(46例),对照组口服孟鲁司特钠,治疗组在西医治疗基础上口服蝉花止嗽合剂,比较2组中医证候积分、血清炎症因子水平变化情况及不良反应发生率。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患儿中医证候积分、血清中IL-6、TNF-α水平均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蝉花止嗽合剂治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效明显,可有效缓解患儿临床症状,抑制炎症反应,安全性较高,适宜推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of Chanhua Zhisou mixture on the curative effect and inflammatory response of children with cough variant asthma(lung-heat-yin deficiency syndrome).Methods A total of 88 children diagnosed with cough variant asthma were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(42 cases)and treatment group(46 cases).The control group was given montelukast sodium orally,while the treatment group was given Chanhua Zhisou mixture orally on the basis of western medicine.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,the changes of serum inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chanhua Zhisou mixture has obvious curative effect in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma,can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children,inhibit the inflammatory response,has high safety,and is suitable for popularization and application.
