基于络病—玄府理论再识慢性胃炎

Recognition of Chronic Gastritis Based on Collateral Disease-Xuanfu Theory

现代医学慢性胃炎由单纯性胃炎-萎缩性胃炎-伴肠上皮化生-异型增生-胃癌的进展模式,中医可将其看作是由“痞”至“积”的进展过程,这与络病-玄府理论下由气及血,由功能性病变发展为器质性病变的慢性病理过程相符。以络病-玄府理论为切入点,提出了当代慢性胃炎人群因滞而病的发病规律,因虚失荣是导致病情进展的重要环节,毒稽成积是后期的不良转归,治疗需谨守以通为要的原则。近年来运用络病-玄府理论指导治疗多种慢性病取得了显著成效,故从络病-玄府视角下认识慢性胃炎,以期为中医治疗该病提供新的思路。

In this paper,it is believed that the progression pattern of chronic gastritis in modern medicine is from simple gastritis to atrophic gastritis,accompanied by intestinal metaplasia,dysplasia and gastric cancer.Traditional Chinese medicine can regard it as the progression process from“fullness”to“accumulation”,which is consistent with the chronic pathological process from qi and blood,from functional lesions to organic lesions under the theory of collateral disease-xuanfu.Taking collateral disease-xuanfu theory as the breakthrough point,this paper puts forward the pathogenesis law of chronic gastritis due to stagnation.The deficiency and prosperity are the important links leading to the progress of the disease,and the accumulation of toxicosis is the adverse outcome of the later stage.The treatment should adhere to the principle of commonness.In recent years,the use of collateral disease-xuanfu theory to guide the treatment of a variety of chronic diseases has achieved remarkable results,so from the perspective of collateral disease-xuanfu understanding of chronic gastritis,in order to provide new ideas for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease.
