叙事护理对艾滋病住院患者心理调适及用药依从性的效果探究

Effect of narrative nursing on psychological adjustment and medication compliance of AIDS inpatients

目的探究叙事护理对艾滋病(AIDS)住院患者心理调适及用药依从性的影响。方法选取2021年1—12月在运城市第二医院感染性疾病科住院的AIDS患者60例,依照住院时间将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组基于常规护理实施叙事护理,分析比较2组生活质量(简体中文版MOS-HIV量表)、心理效应[症状自评量表(SCL-90)]、护理满意度[纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(NSNS)]和用药依从性。结果观察组MOS-HIV和SCL-90分值低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度分值高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组用药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论叙事护理能够显著提升护理满意度,增强AIDS患者的个人生活质量和获得感,提高用药依从性,有着积极的、不可替代的正向引导效应。

Objective To explore the effect of narrative nursing on psychological adjustment and medication adherence of(Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome)AIDS inpatients.Methods Methods a total of 60 inpatients with AIDS in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the length of hospital stay,with 30 subjects per group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given narrative nursing based on routine nursing.The quality of life(MOS-HIV scale in simplified Chinese version),psychological effect[symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)],nursing satisfaction[Newcastle nursing satisfaction scale(nsns)]and medication compliance questionnaire were analyzed and compared between the two groups.The psychological adjustment and medication awareness effect of AIDS patients before and after narrative nursing intervention were comprehensively evaluated.Results The scores of MOS-HIV and SCL-90 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of nursing satisfaction and medication compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical services,the implementation of narrative nursing can significantly improve nursing satisfaction and enhance the personal quality of life and sense of acquisition of AIDS patients.Simultaneously,this nursing model can also improve the medication compliance of patients.This method has a positive and irreplaceable positive guiding effect on AIDS patients.
